Damaged items
If there’s something wrong or damaged when you receive the package, take a picture and send it to support@fluidglass.store within 24 hours of receiving your item so that we can help.

Shipping details
Where we ship: We offer FREE shipping to everywhere in the USA (additional charges may apply to Alaska and Hawaii); international shipping is offered at an additional price.
Timeline: We ship out every Wednesday and Thursday for items in stock. If an item is on the waiting list, it may take longer.
Our shipping partners: We use USPS for shipping, and you will receive a tracking number once your items ship.
Guarantee: We carefully package up everything that gets shipped out so the pieces don’t get damaged during transit. If there is an issue with your piece upon arrival, please send us an email and we’ll make it right.
